My NFL projection for a team that will "Pop" or be a surprise in 2009-10 is the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks were 4-12 last season in Coach Holmgren's last season! During the '08 season starting quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was hurt for the majority of the time. With him returning and a solid draft class I think that the Seahawks could surprise some people.
My projection for a team the will "Drop" is the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals were a cinderella story last season by making it all the way to the Superbowl. Quarterback Kurt Warner isn't getting any younger and if history repeats itself the Superbowl loser wont bounce back with a playoff birth!

I agree with the Cardinals statement! I think the dolphins will also be a "Drop".
