Brett Favre may have a cracked rib?
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre told members of ESPN's crew that he may have a cracked rib. Favre said the injury occurred in the preseason game against the Chiefs. Coach Childress stated that he still plans on Favre playing the full first half on tonight's game against the Texans. As far as the injury goes Brett said he feels some discomfort when he takes deep breaths, but he doesn't plan on wearing any extra padding or braces. Could this be a flash in the pan of Favre's many injuries? Maybe, or it could be serious, we will have to see. Please leave comments thanks!

I don't think this is serious... Favre has played with much worse injuries!
ReplyDeleteHe didn't look like he was having any trouble in the game on Monday night. I am cynical, and just wondering if this isn't meant to add to the Favre mystique. He walks on water and he plays through pain. They all do, so if this is just more of the love Brett because he's awesome crap, they can keep it.
